Tax Time

Only a few opportunities allow us to earn up to thousands of dollars per hour for completing a task. Filing a tax return is one of these chances.

It may seem painful to type receipts into a spreadsheet or look through credit card records and bank statements to calculate expenses, but the few extra hours are well worth it. We shouldn't think of it as a hassle, we should think of it as accruing a lot of wealth in a short period of time.

The relationship of time/effort and tax deductions is linear. However, there is a certain point when the benefit of our effort starts to diminish. Finding this point and stopping just after it will save us a lot headaches and money.
